The couch is a queen sofa sleeper. Notice the ceiling fan and blackout drapes for sleeping enjoyment. The mattress is comfy and all the linens and pillows are provided!
This room is so comfy! The vaulted ceilings are gorgeous with real wood beams. The ceiling fan helps circulate the air. The TV is a 58 inch Smart TV so you can easily log in to your streaming accounts and watch a movie or a series!
The sectional is comfy cozy!
Notice in the corner we have a cute basket with tons of pool towels! Just bring your swim suit and you are ready!
The eat in kitchen space features a table for 4, bar stools for 4 and another massive slider to the pool and lanai!
The kitchen provides everything you need to cook a delicious meal from pots, pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, knives, cutting boards etc. There is a blender and toaster as well!
This layout is perfection with stunning views out every window!
Another view of the kitchen and eat in dining. You will spend tons of time here! Our kids love sitting at the breakfast bar while we make chocolate chip pancakes while the sunshine streams in!
This is the great room off the kitchen! Notice the fun games the home has for family game night. The hooks and bench is an excellent place to store shoes and coats.
This is the luxurious Breeze room. This room features a King size gel mattress for an excellent nights sleep. The ceiling fan kicks off a great breeze and the blackout blinds help to catch a little extra sleep!
The Breeze Room also has a smart TV! End the day with a show to unwind! In the morning you can step right out to the lanai and even jump in the pool!
The home provides tons of towels (bath, hand and wash clothes) lots of extra linens for each room and lots of extra pillows. This bedroom also features an attached bath with a shower and walk in closet.
This is the Coral room! This room also has a Gel Infused Queen mattress, a ceiling fan, large walk in closet and black out blinds!
Here is the second bath! A full bath with a shower and tub, large vanity and a pool access! No wet feet need to go through the house!
This home features a split floorplan. The Breeze room is one side and the Aqua and Coral room are on the other side. This is the Aqua room! Featuring a gel infused Queen Mattress, a large walk in closet, a ceiling fan and black out blinds!
It's so great to do some laundry while on vacation so you can pack a little lighter!
While we vacation at Coral Breeze Villa we spend most our time on the lanai! 4 barstools, a table for 6 and a sectional!
The home has plastic dishes so you can enjoy dinner on the lanai or pool side snacks! Dinner at night on the lanai is just lovely!
A personal favorite spot to relax! The lanai has 3 ceiling fans so you can enjoy relaxing here! Picture your days here. From coffee to cold drinks. Its an amazing and comfortable vacation home.
The pool is large! It spans the whole lanai which is 30 feet wide!
Our home features an avocado tree! super fun if you can find some ripe ones. Guacamole or avocado toast anyone?!
Nearly every day is sunny here! We provide 2 kayaks so you can take a trip down the canal!
Located on a gulf access canal you can rent a boat and get to the stunning beaches the area offers!
The home has a boat lift so you can do a weekly boat rental if you want!
Coral Breeze Villa has everything you need from kayaks to cruise the canal to beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella for a fun day at the beach!
